If you are an one-time event or non-12 step meeting, does your group agree to announce the event on these two sites: https://www.instagram.com/biggaysunday/ https://www.instagram.com/bodhitreeatc/ And then request one collab with the above sites for a reel shot during the event showing people what it's all about.(Required)
Only non-12 step groups agreeing to this condition will be approved. Be sure to include in your posts: “This is an alcohol and drug-free event for queer folks and our allies. Located at 1773 Griffith Park Blvd. LA, CA 90026. In the Silverlake hills.”
As of March 2022 LA County Public Health order permits optional mask wearing except for individuals in high risk groups. Social distance is no longer required but please do not overcrowd. We have outdoor speakers for overflow and wifi throughout the grounds. So please avail yourselves of these options to help keep everyone safe. So we must continue to keep the fans on and have doors open downstairs or windows open upstairs. Do you agree to our COVID-19 guidelines are strictly monitored?(Required)

Responsibilities of your trusted servants: Meetings are required to have a Greeter and a Clean Up Person (your Covid monitor may function as both.).(Required)
The greeter/ Covid monitor will be responsible for ensuring overcrowding does not occur. The fans are on at a medium speed and at least one door is open downstairs and one window is open upstairs at all times. And in adherence to the meeting’s group conscience, the Covid monitors will ensure whether all attendees must wear a mask at all times while in the meeting room. The clean-up person will be responsible for cleaning up the room including disinfecting all tables, chairs, baskets (if used), and other frequently touched surfaces in the room, kitchen and bathroom at the end of your meeting. Cleaning supplies will be provided. The room must be vacated and locked at the end of your meeting. Your meeting will have at least 15 minutes before and after to setup and clean up. Due to thefts and vandalism our insurance as suggested security cameras be installed in the rooms and grounds. (NO audio). The footage is only shared for insurance purposes and/or in response to a police report request. If the attendees for your meeting do not follow all of our Recovery Safe Zone policies and procedures, you may lose the privilege to hold your meeting in the AT Center. These rules may change as more information comes from the LA County Public Health, the CDC and our own experience over time in accordance with regulatory guidelines. You may email atc@atcenterla.org with any questions regarding this application or our meeting requirements.
